Process For Contacting BetMGM to Submit Questions and/or Complaints

If a patron has a claim, complaint, or dispute with or regarding BetMGM in connection with their use of the platform or the services, they may submit their claim, complaint or dispute to BetMGM in writing as soon as is reasonably practicable following the date of the original transaction to which the claim, complaint or dispute refers. Claims, complaints and disputes may be submitted by e-mail to formalcomplaint.oh@betmgm.com or via postal mail to BetMGM Customer Care Team, Harborside Plaza 2, 200 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NJ 07311. Any notice BetMGM gives to the patron will be sent to the e-mail address that they provided when they registered for an account.

Patrons can find a more detailed version of the above claims, complaints and disputes wording under the ‘Initial Dispute Resolution Requirement’ section of the General Terms of Service, as well as under the ‘Management Rules’ section of the Sports House Rules, both located on the BetMGM platform.

If a patron has a question, they may contact BetMGM’s Customer Care Team via the ‘Customer Care' portal on the BetMGM Platform, or they may reach the Customer Care Team via e-mail at support.oh@betmgm.com.
